Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Jazzmusical Tree Service wants jazzmusical.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and keep pages in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around using only a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@jazzmusical.living and we will do our part to assist.
Share Your Feedback
We welcome comments on how accessible this site is. Email contact@jazzmusical.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
